Orange Juice Coffee Cake

Ingredients

Topping
1/2 cup Kellogg's Just Right Cereal, any variety
2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon margarine
Cake
1 1/2 cup flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup Kellogg's Just Right Cereal, any variety
1/3 cup margarine
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup orange juice

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. For topping, crush the 1/2 cup Kellogg's Just Right Cereal to 1/4 cup. Combine cereal with next three ingredients, mixing until crumbly. Set aside.

3. For coffee cake, stir together the 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder and soda. Set aside.

4. Crush the 3/4 cup Kellogg's Just Right cereal to 1/2 cup. Stir together with flour mixture. Set aside.

5. In large mixing bowl, combine margarine, sugar, egg and orange juice. Add flour-cereal mixture, stirring only until combined. Spread in 9x9x2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with topping.

6. Bake 375 F. oven for 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
